Known for his much-admired illustration on Marvel’s Excalibur (2nd Series) series, Aaron Lopresti opens his sketchbook to show readers 56 pages of angry apes, masked horsemen, rampaging dinosaurs, Christmas card Santa Clauses, fine art portraiture, cheesecake, and much more. Some pieces are inked and finished while most are just pencils. All the work included emphasizes Lopresti’s strong lines and close attention to shading.
