Leona Ozaki is a good cop. She’s a squad leader for the Tank Police in the crime-ridden city of Newport. Over time, the city has become so dangerous that the police now patrol in heavily armed mini-tanks instead of cars, but Ozaki is determined to do her job to take back the streets.

Of course, it’s going to be a hard job, considering that the criminals also possess advanced technology such as personal jets and super-weapons. Worse, she’s just had Anna and Uni (the robotic bad gals from the first Dominion series) assigned to her squad, after they’d been reprogrammed and set on the path of the straight and narrow. Most ominously, her chief has been receiving mysterious packages, and Ozaki suspects he may be taking bribes. All in all, it adds up to trouble—but trouble is what Ozaki does best!
