Nova Hunter is the colorfully-illustrated story of Tyros, a large, red, no-guff, renegade law officer on a seedy planet, and his partner Khor, who are sucked into a vast interplanetary conspiracy involving evil smugglers, pure energy beings, and two sisters fighting for control of a galactic empire. Dialogue and narration are kept spare to accommodate the lush, almost painted artwork and big action visuals.

Robert Shaeffer, Max Nicols, and Pat David combined their talents on this series, the debut offering from Ryal Comics.
