Part of CrossGen’s fantasy universe, Sojourn follows the adventures of Arwyn, a gifted archer on a quest for vengeance. The Five Lands were ruled by the villain Mordath over 300 years ago, until a brave and mythic warrior defeated him with a single arrow. Now, the Five lands have been overrun again by the evil troll hordes of the resurrected Mordath. Chaos and fire scar the many kingdoms of the Five Lands, and while Arwyn was saving a young girl’s life, Arwyn’s own daughter and husband are slaughtered by the marauding monsters. Putting aside all feelings except for hate, Arwyn sets out to kill Mordath with her trusty wolf companion, Kreeg. Reminiscent of Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings epic, Sojourn is a tale of classic high fantasy by Ron Marz with a ton of action and impressive artwork by Greg Land and Drew Geraci.
