The Vault of Horror (Gladstone)

Ever since their original publication, EC’s horror titles from the 1950s were hailed as classics of their genre. They’ve been reprinted in numerous forms, including the definitive hardbound collection costing many hundreds of dollars.

In 1990, Gladstone took their turn reprinting the various EC titles. Their Vault of Horror series ran seven double-sized issues, each reprinting both an issue of Vault of Horror (EC) as well as another issue from either The Haunt of Fear (EC) or Weird Fantasy (EC). From ghouls to madness to murder, these stories from forty years ago have lost none of their power to terrify modern readers.
