Star Wars: Boba Fett: Enemy of the Empire

In this four-issue mini-series, set just before Episode IV: A New Hope, Boba Fett, the unstoppable bounty hunter, has been commissioned to locate Abal Karda, a fugitive who is carrying a mysterious and valuable casket. But Fett is also being secretly trailed by a group of dangerous assassins; assassins hired by Darth Vader.

Why is everyone after Abal, and why is Abal seemingly conversing with the stolen casket? Fett suspects the mystery is somehow related to the Icarii Queen—a beautiful creature with the entire jeweled wealth of the Icarii tribe woven into her hair. Fett is determined to recover the casket and learn the truth.

The casket must contain a fine prize indeed, for its contents will bring Vader himself into the field to face Boba Fett in a deadly showdown.
