For even the moderately informed super-hero comic fan, the most joy that can be culled from this woeful title is to spot the various appropriated shards of plot, costume, and characters. This game, however, should not include the deliberate homages and parody features, such as #3’s “Gnu Universe.” The Midnite Skulker is an inept adventurer who acquires three ancient objects of power and must then learn to use them. Plot is sketchy, art is sketchier and it beggars belief that receipts permitted three issues of this stuff.
