Blade: Vampire Hunter

Since this vampire hunter had been the subject of a hit movie starring Wesley Snipes, Blade, the comic book character, had to be reawakened so he could have his own series, right? Well, that’s pretty much what happens here. Just as the world is so overrun with vampires that the espionage agency S.H.I.E.L.D. has established a special branch called Silvereye to deal with the problem, the Daywalker is exhumed, and his holy war begins anew in this short-lived series from writer/artist Bart Sears (Justice League Europe). Part-vampire and all fighting machine, Blade devotes his undead life to ridding the world of vampires, but what will happen when he and Silvereye cross paths? Find out in this series that…um…died before its time.
