New Triumph Featuring Northguard

When agents of the PACT Corporation kidnap Phillip Wise, he learns he has been chosen to wield an awesome cybernetically controlled weapon system called the UniBand. His brainwave patterns are perfectly suited to control the weapon, and make him the only suitable replacement for the recently murdered agent who was to wear the weapon.

Phillip agrees to submit to the surgery necessary to place the UniBand’s control implants into his body, but only if he is allowed to function as a super-hero. Phillip, you see, is a comic book fan.

However, before Phillip can adjust to his new powers, he’ll learn his friend is in grave danger, and a group of militants plan to assassinate a Canadian politician. Will Phillip be able to foil the assassination attempt and save his friend? And what will he do when PACT decides they want the technology returned?
