Magical quests, fire-breathing dragons, evil trolls… it’s all in a day’s work for three staunch adventurers. The twist? As the stars of TV’s hottest series, it really is their job.

The second twist? The “real world” of this comic is just like our own, except that magic still exists and is as much a part of the hustle and bustle of modern life as, well, TV.

Despite their success, however, the three stars can’t seem to crack their ultimate desire - the Movies. So what’s a fantasy/action hero to do in the dog-eat-goblin world of Hollywood? Tackle a real adventure, of course!

Right… like Arnold’s gonna risk his neck for an abducted movie director.

Created by artist Matt Tyree and Val Staples of MVCreations, TOTR originally debuted in Funk-O-Tron’s Double Take #2 as a fantasy-only story. This version features the writing talent of Robert Kirkman (Tech Jacket, Battlepope).
