Deadworld: To Kill a King
(Caliber, 1992)

Caliber Press’ cult classic, Deadworld is back in this three-part mini-series. The Dead-Killer once again seeks vengeance against the zombies which kill the living, and which took his hand. Obsessed with stopping the zombies, the Dead-Killer had his missing hand replaced with a knife that he uses to decapitate the ghouls who want to prevent him from ending their gruesome existence and from eliminating his arch-nemesis, King Zombie.
This comic, for mature readers only, also features episodes of another Caliber storyline, Sinergy. A modern-day reinterpretation of Dante’s Inferno, it follows a man being led through Hell by a mysterious guide. With him, we witness all the suffering that sinners endure for their deadly sins, and later find out why we have been chosen to witness this.
