This black-and-white title from writer/artist Dan Berger is an all-ages fantasy series that is set 7,500 years in the past; it tells the tale of a magical gingerbread man who hangs around with warrior-women who fight the evils wrought by men. This limited series reveals Gutwallow’s origin and takes him on an adventure with a beautiful, bikini-armored fox-woman named Myoko Natsumi Morimoto, who enlists Gutwallow’s help in saving her people from encroaching humanity. This is fun stuff from a talented self-publisher.
