Bane, the man who broke Batman’s back, stars in this one-shot special, in which he is once again planning to destroy Gotham City and Batman. After his humiliating defeat to Batman at the end of the Legacy storyline, Bane drifts in and out of consciousness while lost on the ocean. While reliving events of the past, Bane comes upon a floating nuclear power plant, which he intends to use to destroy Gotham once and for all.

Will Gotham be destroyed in a ball of nuclear fire? Not if Batman, Robin, and Nightwing have anything to say about it!
