Handling the writing and most of the art chores, indie publisher David N. Johnson has targeted what he feels will be “103 issues of fun, drama, and adventure” for Stellar Comics, a black-and-white book featuring varying story arcs spotlighting multiple characters and settings.

In the premiere issue we are introduced to Noble, an alien refugee from a planet destroyed by a tribal war. Focusing on their adaptation to life on Earth and the everyday circumstances that Noble encounters, tensions mount as the tribal war becomes reignited.

Another plot chronicles the adventures of Sugar, a young woman in the future, gifted at making robots, searching for her lost father in the wasted regions of the United States.
