Avengers Forever

In this twelve-issue mini-series, Avengers from the past, present, and future are drawn together for a universe-shattering confrontation with the classic Avengers’ villain Immortus.

The Avengers pulled from the timestream are: the archer Hawkeye and a super-strong but disillusioned Captain America from the mid-1970s; the Wasp and Giant-Man from the Busiek-Pérez present-day (1990s) Avengers; Captain Marvel and Songbird from the near future; and another Hank Pym, the deranged Yellowjacket, immediately prior to his wedding to the Wasp.

Now this mishmash of Avengers must unite to save the life of Rick Jones, and their ally in this endeavor appears to be none other than an earlier incarnation of Immortus, Kang the Conqueror!

Written and co-plotted by Kurt Busiek (Marvels, Astro City), Avengers Forever weaves a time-traveling story through the web of Avengers continuity that takes into account everything from the origin of the Space Phantom to the Kree-Skrull War and the Celestial Madonna saga.
