Oz: The Manga

    (Antarctic, 2005-2006)
™ and © 2005 David Hutchinson

David Hutchinson, of Dragon Arms and Junction 17 fame, recreates L. Frank Baum’s fantasy Oz series, manga-style. Hutchinson’s version has revitalized a story that everyone knows and expertly recreates it into a story with twists and turns that no one could suspect. Dorothy grows listless in the dreary plains of Kansas, and longs for something more. However, when Dorothy gets her wish, she is transported to the magical Land of Oz, where the Scarecrow, Tin Man and Cowardly Lion are her trusty companions. Will Dorothy ultimately choose to stay in this magical land or will she realize that there really is no place like home?
