Outlaw Overdrive is a black-and-white comic featuring a collection of characters such as cybernetic assassin Deathrow, and two death-dealing scantily clad females known as the Iron Cupcakes, Windraven, and Shandazar.

Outlaw Overdrive attempts to walk a line between glorifying the ultra-violent blood-bath trend and parodying it with coy resolutions to brutal stories. The art, however, largely relies on gruesome depictions of violent action such as decapitation with a lot of wisecracks added to lighten the mood. The title is clearly aimed at readers who enjoy self-assured, take-no-prisoners attitude, and aren’t too meticulous about characters’ ethics.
