Vince is a greasy-haired, overaged delinquent, whose only real desires are to cruise around in his souped-up Chevy and “throb out” to rock-a-billy dance music. In fact, the only thing in life that Vince has going for him is his dancing, and his moves have become legendary, earning him the nickname of the Throbulator. Vince’s throbulations are so wild and intense, that they actually create a powerful electrical field. The more he dances, and the more throbbing energy he creates, the stronger the field. Vince knows about this power, but is too ignorant to realize the true potential of his throbulation, which can burn out electrical devices several hundred yards away. He could be a hero, or even a successful villain, but instead he wastes his talent driving trucks by day, and dancing all night.
