The Adventures of Cyclops and Phoenix

The X-Men’s Scott Summers (Cyclops) and Jean Grey (Phoenix) never seem to get a break. On the first day of what was meant to be their honeymoon, they found themselves snatched out of time and transported to another reality.

In the cruel era in which they landed, humans were hunted down in droves by the minions of arch-villain Apocalypse. The only ones to oppose this were the “Clan Askani,” a group led by their own future daughter, Rachel, now an old woman. Rachel had summoned her parents into this alternate future as a last, desperate hope to save her world. Unfortunately, Scott and Jean arrive just in time to see her clan wiped out by Apocalypse’s hunters. And there is just one more wrinkle to the story: the hunters also hold Scott and Jean’s son, Nathan Christopher (the baby Cable) hostage. Their “joyous” honeymoon now consists of saving Nathan, overthrowing Apocalypse, and liberating a world!
