This two-issue mini-series follows legendary spy James Bond, Agent 007 as he battles for the fate of the world. Once again, he’s up against Cerberus, a crime syndicate with three areas of interest: espionage, enforcement, and extortion. Cerberus launched a bloody raid against the Ark project (a sort of Biosphere), slaughtering countless scientists in order to capture one Philip Boyce.

Bond discovered that Boyce was a former employee of the CIA who worked on a biological warfare project in Antarctica. Unfortunately, that project was a little too successful. A lab accident exposed the scientists to the mutagen they were developing, killing all of them in a series of horrific mutations. The lab was shut down, all records of it sealed, and only Boyce (who had left the project before the accident) knew of its location. But now Cerberus has Boyce and is trying to find the hidden lab in the Arctic…and only James Bond can stop them!
