Anarky is determined to save the world from itself. He’s a “villain” who plans to free the oppressed majority from the evil rule of kings, governments, priests, and presidents.

In this four-issue mini-series, Anarky is on a quest to understand the nature of true evil. Along the way, he will cross paths with Etrigan the Demon, Darkseid, and Batman. But will he find the answers he seeks?
