Famed toon actor Baron Von Rotten was best known for his portrayal of evil villains in many cartoons until one day an exploding grenade forever changed him into the menace known as Judge Doom. Doom was thought to have perished at the hands of detective Eddie Valiant, but now Doom is back and he is determined to destroy the life and career of Roger Rabbit. Will Eddie and Roger be able to once again defeat the maniacal Doom or will Toontown fall victim to his vile schemes?

Also included in this lively and entertaining graphic novel is an adaptation of the Roger Rabbit cartoon Tummy Trouble.
