Good Apollo I’m Burning Star IV

Musical group Coheed and Cambria consider themselves more rock than emotion in their works. Yet, it’s still a little strange when a music band releases a comic book to augment their albums of the same name. Claudio Sanchez and Christopher Shy add words, story, and art to their music. It helps that Sanchez writes songs for the band as well. Coheed and Cambria have been working on their five part story for some time, and continue to base the tunes in their albums on the tale. This album/story picks up from In Keeping Secrets Of Silent Earth: III .

In part four of this saga, Coheed and Cambria are convinced they must sacrifice their children in order to protect the planet from a virus embedded in their genetic structure. Good Apollo takes the tale a step further and we are looking at the writer of their tale and how his life is affecting the story itself.

Not a tale for the impatient or faint of heart.
