Is it a comic book with a free CD or is it a CD with a free comic book? Actually, it’s a bit of both. Mike Hoffman (who suspiciously looks just like Arturo Bastard), wrote, arranged, performed and recorded this album of tunes that are similar in style to Bobby “Boris” Pickett’s Monster Mash. The comic book contains Hoffman’s Frazetta, Davis and Wood-inspired artwork with story panels illustrating the song lyrics, so the combination makes for a fun read and listening experience.
