This is Not an Exit is a two-issue anthology from Draculina Publishing featuring stories of serial murders and the supernatural. David Watkin and Brad Carneau’s “Food,” for instance, is the tale of a killer who receives instructions from an imaginary being called Valmont. Usually, these beings instruct him to prey on “safe” people like schoolteachers. His most recent assignment, however, is to “balance the scales” by murdering a mob figure. A coward by nature, the killer resists—until he is reminded that there is a spot reserved for him in a place worse than Hell if he refuses.

Another story, “Homewrecker” stars a little demon who murders a family after being mistakenly summoned by their teenage daughter. As in most of Draculina’s line, sex, violence, and horror drive the stories, along with doses of nudity and bad language. For adult readers only.
