Faces from the past cause pain in the present for Cole Cash, better known as Grifter from WildCATS. As the story begins, Cash is called on by former Team 7 teammate John Lynch. It seems that Lynch is on a mission to tie up some loose ends from his days of running International Operations. Trusting no one else, Lynch turns to Cash for assistance. No sooner than Cash agrees to help, Lynch ends up on the wrong side of a gun and Cash is left to discover who is responsible. What follows is a string of lies and betrayals, leaving Cash to wonder if the answers he’s looking for exist, or if he’s no more than a pawn in a bigger game.
