The world of Star Wars is much more than six movies—much more.

With a publishing history going back to 1976, beginning with Marvel and then moving to Dark Horse’s long run of series and one-shots, the series needed a volume like this. Really. With information on every series, with credits and plot line (complete with spoilers) for both publishers, you couldn’t ask for more.

Ryder Windham and Daniel Wallace share their enthusiasm and passion for the Star Wars storylines and characters on every page. The art taken from the pages of the comics is well chosen and reproduced.

The only drawback is that it lacks an appendix with information on the artists and writers who lovingly created the world of Star Wars. Maybe that’s the next book?
