In the Blood

Mike Kane has led a typical adolescent existence, hanging out with friends, drinking beer and complaining about his boring life. That all changes one night when he runs into a werewolf with his mom’s car. The enraged creature smashed the window and managed to scratch Mike who then crashed the car in an attempt to get away.   The next morning his mother is has a few questions about the dented car but Mike doesn’t mention anything other than swerving and clipping a tree. “Well, that’s what insurance is for… as long as you’re okay,” says a woman whose accepting nature seems too good to be true.   But whether Mike is okay is another matter. His encounter with the creature has not left him unscathed.   Horror writer, Steve Niles, takes a turn updating a classic horror tale in this title from Boom! Studios.
