An amateur photographer takes a series of pictures showing a fight over a gun, but the one that makes the headlines shows the gun being held to the Joker’s head by a grinning Batman. Now public opinion is crying for Justice for the Joker. Meanwhile, a journalist harbors a secret that puts him under the thumb of the Joker. And Bruce remembers an incident when he was younger that could have killed him, but had long reaching effects later.
