Medieval Lady Death seems to have finally found peace: a quiet village, a man who loves her, a life away from the violence and death she never wanted. Of course, such happiness is to be denied her, as a realm without her to protect it is a realm in imminent danger of destruction by others. Before the woman known, ironically, as Hope can begin to relax, her village has been destroyed and she must take up her sword once again—if she even wants to survive herself.

This adventure, set on Earth in medieval times, treads familiar ground for Lady Death, as she once again finds herself cursed to live a life of death and revenge. Brian Pulido and Di Amorim collaborate.
