Toxic reminds me strongly of Nickelodeon Magazine, but this one comes from across the pond. That said, the majority of the features included are features and games based on US movies such as The Incredibles, The Polar Express and Shrek 2. The only major difference is the contents are littered with expressions such as “naff”, “right rubbish” and even “colour.” Recurring original comic strips include Team Toxic, Rex, Krunk and Kid Zombie, that would be right at home amongst the cartoons that appear on “Nick” or “Cartoon Network.”
