Astro

Astro resembles an outtake from Heavy Metal magazine with its glorious colors and glossy stock and the requisite science fiction or fantasy themes. Except that Astro is actually a small spaceman wearing a spacesuit who encounters a cat-like creature. The reader never gets to see the spaceman without his suit, adding more mystery to his origins and purpose. Very little dialogue is written out and the painted panels give the appearance of an art book as most pages are definitely suitable for framing, in a gripping intelligent sci-fi tale.
