Two avid comic book readers named Joey and Courtney embark on an adventure that causes them to encounter and befriend literally, lions, tigers and bears. Some of these creatures possess supernatural powers and wear elegant clothing, while others do not. But all of the animals talk, making this for a tale that’s has much in common with The Chronicles of Narnia and its lion in particular, or something from The Wizard of Oz (of which the term “lions, tigers and bears” is uttered in the feature film version).
