Kevin Hawkins thought he had it made. He had his own operations in the British Intelligence community, doing what he wanted without fear of reprisals. What did he have to fear? He knew where all the bodies were buried. They couldn’t get at him without him revealing all their dirty little secrets. He was invulnerable. Or so he thought.

When a certain “adult” film Kevin made years ago comes to light, his higher ups finally have what they need to get rid of him. Soon, he finds himself on an airplane to San Francisco. But repercussions from the dark dealings of his past are following him. It already cost him the life of one of his friends, and how many are next?

Garth Ennis (Punisher) and Carlos Ezquerra (2000 A.D.) return on this sequel to 2005’s The Authority: The Magnificent Kevin, and this series deals with the aftermath of the events of that title.
