She is a beautiful woman with green hair. She is also Aphrodite IX, a purely synthetic being created in a lab and trained to be a killer. Too bad no one told her. Now she is beginning to question her existence, but it’s difficult for someone to remember her past when her memory is erased fifteen minutes after every mission. Her only hope is a mysterious man named Burch who may be able to provide her with some answers. In a futuristic world where humans have begun to alter their bodies with synthetics, Aphrodite IX must follow orders, relentlessly carrying out her duties as a trained assassin yet unable to recall her past. Top Cow adds another buxom beauty to their line-up in this series illustrated by Dave Finch (Batman/Darkness) and written by David Wohl (Witchblade).
