Furious Fist of the Drunken Monkey, by Rich Stahnke, is a hilarious story that pokes fun of romance and martial art comics, featuring the affable chimpanzee Chip. Though naturally unmotivated, and often drunk, Chip frequently finds himself in perilous situations calling for him to step in and save the day. His natural speed and strength are augmented by a magic ring, and Chip rises above challenges like a true super-hero, only to find that it’s the other challenges in life, such as dating, love, and employment, that are truly difficult.
