The Vindicators might look like any other super-hero team from any other comic book publisher, but the folks at Astounding Studios present a group of super-powered individuals that doesn’t quite look like old standards like the Avengers or the Justice League of America. With a roster heavy on minority characters, the Vindicators allow writer Kevin Grevioux and artist Leonel Castellani an opportunity to explore race issues in a world where black people are the historical majority and white people are the oppressed minority.
