Billed as “the twelfth book in the Ignatz series,” this one features an ecological fable that strongly resembles a children’s storybook in its execution. In fact, it reminds one of Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax story with a similarly environmental theme.

There is a small weak creature by the name of Dolly who takes refuge in a glass. Various birds appear to take care of this helpless individual in this fable told in a very distinctive woodcut style.
