Fantastic Four: The End

    (Marvel, 2007–2008)
™ and ©2006 Marvel Characters, Inc.

Time has been brutal to the Fantastic Four. Reed and Sue have suffered the death of their children and have been living apart for years. Ben and Alicia are living with the Inhumans, quietly raising their children. John Storm has joined the Avengers. Reed, lonely in his orbiting satellite HQ, detects a cosmic threat that could destroy the entire galaxy. Can the world’s greatest super-hero team band together to save earth one last time? And how are Namor and the long-dead Dr. Doom involved? Writer/artist Alan Davis brings the same sense of adventure and excitement to this project he did with DC’s The Nail. A well-told tale with some satisfying surprises, FF: The End is one of a series of mini-series looking at Marvel heroes at the end of their careers.
