Spider-Man vs. Punisher

The death of Gwen Stacy had a devastating effect on Peter Parker. It was also painful for the villainous Jackal, who in his secret identity of Professor Warren loved her too. And when it seemed at the time that Spider-man, not the Green Goblin, was responsible, it wasn’t difficult for the Jackal to convince vigilante gunman the Punisher—who had not yet met Spidey—that the wall-crawler was someone in need of the Punisher’s distinctive style of vengeance. Would the Punisher end up killing Spider-man before discovering the truth?

Set shortly after one of the Marvel Universe’s landmark tragedies, this one-shot is written by Joseph Harris and Michael Lopez and drawn by Lopez.
