Lady Death creator Brian Pulido wrote up an eight page tale for this one-shot that includes a look at the full color Lady Death: Sacrilege zero issue. Featuring pencil art by Wellington Alves and inks by Gicelle Archanjo, this story finds Lady Death trying to return a useless weapon, getting herself into a bit of trouble, and proving that she’s never ever helpless. The eight preview pages include a few interior pages by Daniel HDR and a peek at the four covers.
