Fastlane Illustrated

Francisco Ramirez and Bill Mitchell were car buffs and comic fans from the San Francisco Bay Area. They joined talents to become Fastlane Studios and, in 1994, launched Fastlane Illustrated.

This small press series revolves around hot women and hot cars. Its nominal star is a hot rodder named Greece who lives for the thrill of revving high-powered engines to peak performance. He drives a red Willy which can do anything he wills it to—the catch is that this car is a real monster, with a demonic will of its own.

Also making appearances are a mysterious knockout in a Black Rose coupe, a racer who can melt wrenches in his hands, and lots and lots of classic hot rods.
