Frank Stack (aka Foolbert Sturgeon) has written, drawn and published his hysterical Adventures of Jesus comics for over 40 years, the earliest being a black and white, photocopied 8-page edition stapled on the side from 1962. This collection tells of the strips origins and collects the best adventures over the past 40 years and even includes a new one for good measure. Definitely for fans of Robert Crumb’s and Gilbert Shelton’s work, who also both write introductions to the book.
