Focusing on the Chapter of soldiers known as the Black Templars, writers Dan Abnett and Ian Edginton show how new recruits become initiated into this military brotherhood. They also take a look at Space Marines on the front lines and those chosen few who continue to serve as Dreadnoughts after death. Illustrator Lui Antonio and colorist JM Ringuet give the book a very European look that would be right at home in an issue of Heavy Metal.
