Huntress: Darknight Daughter

    (DC, 2006)
™ and ©2006 DC Comics, Inc.

This trade paperback contains stories that originally appeared in the pages of various issues of DC Super Stars, Batman Family and Wonder Woman from the years 1977-1982. The stories were all written by Paul Levitz and penciled by Joe Staton. The stories came about when DC relaunched All-Star Comics which featured the Justice Society of America. After this revival and a few staffing changes, new characters were created. One was to be an Earth-2 Batgirl, but eventually she emerged as The Huntress, the daughter of Bruce Wayne (Batman) and Selina Kyle Wayne (Catwoman). The characterization in this collection collapsed with the Crisis on Infinite Earths mini-series, and the Huntress was transformed into a different character.
