Golden-Age Greats Star Studded Spectacular

No era of comics was more diverse in subject matter than the Golden Age. Titles were devoted to detectives, masked heroes, aliens, well-endowed super women, armies at war, two-fisted tough guys and just about every other trope one can think of. AC Comics’ Golden-Age Greats does fandom a service by reprinting random heroic tales from a more innocent time. With the exception of Ibis the Invincible, not many of the characters featured here have survived into modern times. However, heroes such as Mr. Scarlet, Fighting Yank, Golden Arrow and Mysta of the Moon possess a certain charm of their own. If you look hard, you can spot some early artwork from comics masters such as Steve Ditko, Dick Giordano and even painter Frank Frazetta in these forgotten tales.
