Squadron Supreme: Hyperion vs. Nighthawk

    (Marvel, 2007)
™ and © 2007 Marvel Characters, Inc.

Ever since the Squadron Supreme was reborn back in 2003, creators and writers have striven to keep events and background stories as real as possible. Marc Guggenheim is no different, as this hero slugfest is set amidst the genocide and ethnic cleansing of Darfur and the many real life tragedies taking place there still. A very deep book graphically touching on some very tragic realities.

And doing a little cleansing of his own, Nighthawk is right in the middle of it. Hyperion is sent to investigate, but discovers that somehow, our favorite black knight of justice has the ability to knockout even a strange visitor from another world. Is Hyperion loosing his touch? Has Nighthawk discovered the secret of super strength in time to wipe out any and all who stand in his way?
