Once a barbarian and once a warrior, Conan is now king. Heavy is the head that wears the crown, though, and it’s not surprising that even with his queen about to give birth to his child, Conan is troubled. The arrival of the magician Ra-Sidh from the Stygian high court only adds to Conan’s concerns, and threatens to bring his bloody past rushing back to the forefront. Can Conan truly leave his warrior’s life behind?

This venture into the oft-adapted works of Robert E. Howard is appropriately dramatic and violent. Joshua Dysart and Will Conrad have a good feel for both the power and tragedy of the classic character.
