Ready to fight crime? Call 911 to schedule some. Disinclined to such regimentation, the disaffected Tick returns to New York, sans Arthur, to confront dangers the emigrant heroes left behind. Also included: eight-page back-up series featuring the young Tick and Arthur versus the Bull Beetle, and a freebie mini-comic prequel to Days of Drama.
