The Wild Knights were a motorcycle gang, mutated after the events of World War III, and assuming the roles of protectors and rebuilders. The Knights established the city of New Hope, where they worked alongside of and encouraged artisans and farmers and to became symbols of “the indomitable will of the human spirit.” After New Hope was destroyed by a marauding band of mutants and many of the original Knights were killed, the remaining Wild Knights took to the road in search of a new and better life, bringing hope to the shattered Earth in their wake.
